For qualified customers who need repairs, cleaning, or tune-ups for their current machines, a free loaner printer may be provided. A loaner machine will reduce work interruptions and enhance productivity. When there is a big sign and labeling project, going without your DuraLabel printer for a week can be devastating.
When a customer receives their loaner machine, their DuraLabel sign and label pritner is then tested and serviced to get it in top shape for continued high quality printing. Some services may include checking and updating the firmware, print head springs, alignment and cleaning the print head, platen roller, media guides and cutter assemblies. Once the original printer is returned, the loaner should be returned within a week.
