are answered to your full satisfaction. This is especially true,
when our customers’ ask us to help them develop new labeling materials
or when they share ideas for product improvements.
I've had this page set up to give you a direct line to me. Tell me
about ideas you have for new products, improvements in the way labeling
or sign making is done, or ways we can do a better job serving you. I
can't respond to every email individually, but I promise to read every
one and we'll take action on the best ideas.

I've received some inspiring stories from our customers. Often, these
are new printer and supply applications developed by the customers on
their own or with the help of our own development team.
Earlier this year we received a call from the Navy about a label they
were using that was not durable. Working closely with navy personnel,
we developed a new custom label that accepts handwritten information,
and provides the lasting protection needed against moisture, UV light
and even salt.
On the other hand we just received a photo from a customer who used a
DuraLabel 9000 in a way we had not expected. He used it to print large
traffic signs. The DuraLabel 9000 provided the large format printing, as
well as the speed and durability he was looking for.
