Our die-cut line of labels continues to grow to meet task-specific needs. All of our die-cut labels leave ample space for customized text, symbols, logos and pictograms.
Printing labels is easy. We have developed proprietary software for creating, storing, and organizing Arc Flash Hazard, NFPA Diamond and Color Bar RTK labels. We took special care in creating a user-friendly platform. For example, RTK labels can be created simply by selecting a chemical from the database. Information on the label is automatically filled in and is immediately ready to print.
 NFPA Diamond RTK labels provide a standard method for labeling hazardous materials.
To print DuraLabel RTK NFPA Diamond labels use the database software included with the DuraLabel. Information about more than 1,700 chemicals is included in the database. Or you can fill in the blanks on a mock label on your computer screen and the you'll quickly
have a high quality, inexpensive multi-color label. Die-cut labels with the NFPA Diamond are available in four sizes: 1"x3", 2"x2", 3"x5" and 4"x6"
Another option are color bar die-cut labels. These labels have a large, three color "bar" used to quickly display the hazard rating of the risks associated with the substance being labeled. Space above and below the color bar is used to print additional information and pictograms.
Color bar labels can be printed by the same software that prints the NFPA diamond labels. The software easily switches between label types and sizes, automatically adjusting text and pictogram sizes, eliminating the need to redo labels when a different size label is needed. Color bar labels are available in three sizes: 3"x1.4375", 2"x2" and 4"x3.5",
 Blank DANGER die-cut labels provide total flexibility for making the DANGER labels you need. The two-color pre-printed header clearly communicates the severity of the hazard. You can use software you already know, such as Microsoft Word to add text and pictograms to the body of the label.
DuraLabel supplies also include blank NOTICE labels, shown at the top of this page. The DANGER and NOTICE labels are available in 4"x6".
Arc-Flash Warning Labels:
Two types of arc flash warning labels are available: a WARNING label with an orange header and a DANGER label with a red header. Each is preformatted for use with the Flash Label database software included with the DuraLabel PRO 300 printer. |
