Labeling Adhesive Types for the DuraLabel PRO 300

DuraLabel PRO Labeling supplies have different adhesive properties to suit almost every application need from labeling hot to cold surfaces and in harsh environments.

Permanent Adhesive:

• Tamper Evident: VOID - Leaves rows of "VOID" when removed (shown right)
• Tamper Evident: Destructive - Brakes into tiny label particles
• Premium Vinyl Tape - Permanent adhesive will ensure labels and signs will stay applied for years in most any environment condition
• Extended-Life Vinyl (8yr.) - Long-lasting labels and signs with an 8 year indoor/outdoor durability. RoHS compliant & reduces print voids caused by static generated equipment
• Two-Color Vinyl - Permanent bond will ensure your safety labels will last for years
• Crack-n-Peel - Easy method of peeling labels to apply quickly
• Metallized Poly Tape - Pressure sensitive labels have a permanent bond when applied to flat surfaces
• DuraChem Chemical Resistant Labels - Strong adhesive to withstand harsh chemicals and environments which may come into contact with the labels
• Fluorescent HiViz Tape - Adheres well to most flat surfaces

• custom printed labels - Permanent adhesive ensures labels will with harsh environment and conditions indoor and outdoors
• Clear Matte Poly Tape - Strong bond with a professional appearance
• Self-Laminating Wire Wraps - Adheres for a permanent bond and laminates to protect itself (shown right)
• Circuit Board Polyimide Tape - Labels adhere for a permanent bond. Endures wave soldering and standard acidic solvents

Chemical Reactive Adhesive:

• Oily Surface - An aggressive adhesive which reacts with oily, greasy and dirty solvents and surfaces and forms a strong hold for a permanent label

Aggressive Adhesive:

• High-Tack Tape - The aggressive adhesive attaches to rough, rusty, and dirty surfaces for quick adherence to many tough-to-label surfaces (shown right)
• Phosphorescent Tape - The aggressive bond ensures security. Ideal for emergency exits and other signs
• Electrostatic Dissipative(ESD) Tape - Prevent static discharges by using this supply, specifically designed to protect your devices
• UL 969 Compliant Tape - High-performance water-based adhesive specifically developed for UL 969 recognized applications. Very aggressive bond strength
• Metal-Detectable Tape - Be assured labels won't fall off to locate labels without effort
• Nylon Label Tape - This tough adhesive grabs onto flexible surfaces such as fabrics
• Marine Label Tape - Meets British standard 5609 for saltwater immersion
• Ultra-Aggressive Adhesive Vinyl Tape - Long-lasting, permanent bond to hard-to-label surfaces

Extreme Temperature Adhesive

• LN2 Poly Tape - Specific adhesive bonds to freezing and below temperatures
• Cold Storage Tape - Adheres to surfaces as low as -20° (shown right)
• High-Temp Poly - Labels bond to scolding hot temperatures up to 300°F
• Extreme High-Temp Poly - Labels bond to surfaces which may reach up to 700°F

Low-Tack Adhesive:

• Repositionable Tape - Apply and re-apply over and over again with the low-tack adhesive of this supply, without the glue-residue left to clean off
• Reflective Vinyl Tape - Adhere's well to most flat surfaces and has a low enough adhesion it may be removed without damaging the surface which it had been applied to
• Embossable Poly Tape - Professional, security labels that can't be mistaken

Non-Adhesive:

• DuraTag™(Tag Stock) - Apply without glue, simply attach with a zip-tie
• DuraTag Lockout/Tagout Tags - This non-adhesive supply allows for labeling and in places where there's not enough room or for a more visible sign
• Magnetic Supply - Great applied to metal surfaces for a removable label or sign that can be used numerous times
• Shrink Tubing - Heat shrinkable wire and cable marking supply (shown above)
• Static Cling Supply - Use over and over without surface damage
