Duralabel PRO specialty supplies are ideal for surfaces which may be coated,
contaminated or require a certain adhesion to apply labels and signs.

Oily Surface Supply

Label oily, greasy, dirty, rusty surfaces with DuraLabel Oily Surface Labels

This label stock has an adhesive that is specially formulated to aggressively adhere to surfaces contaminated with oil, grease, rust and light debris. These labels can even adhere to plastics which have been generously coated with both WD-40 and dirt (tested here at GP).

The adhesive resists oil, gasoline, moisture, sulfuric acid, and salt spray.
Oily surface label stock is made with an exposed liner, making it easier for your customer to peel the label off the liner.

Electrostatic Dissipative Tape (ESD)

This 2.0-mil silver polyester has a smudge-resistant top coat that is impervious to abrasion and static-induced print head voids. Perfect for use in areas sensitive to electrostatic discharged.

High-Tack Supply

High-Tack label stock features a special adhesive that offers a superior bond to a number of surfaces, including those that are rough textured, have low-surface-energy plastics, or are fabric. Know your labels will stick where they're needed.

The following surfaces all have an ultimate peel greater than 80oz/in:

ABS, Acrylic, Acrylic Powder Paint, Aluminum, Epoxy Powder Paint, Glass, Painted Metal, Polycarbonate, Polyester, and Polyurethane Powder Paint

High-Temp Poly (300°F)

DuraLabel Hi-Temp Poly supply for labeling extremely hot surfaces

Whether placed directly on a hot surface or near equipment which may be emitting hot steam, the durable poly will last for years.

Service Temperatures -40°F to 300°F
Adheres well to irregular surfaces such as rivets and other curved, textured surfaces.

LN2 Poly Supply

Specifically designed to be applied to well below freezing surfaces which other labels are not designed to withstand.

Service Temperatures -122° F to 176° F
Smudge and abrasion resistant print
Permanent adhesive for a superior bond to high and low energy surfaces

Extreme High-Temp Labels (700°F)

This supply is designed to withstand heat exposures up to 700°F and to bond well to high-energy surfaces to hold the label in place for years. The special topcoat has static dissipative properties to reduce print voids due to static generated print heads. Available in White.

DuraTag™ Tag Stock

DuraLabel DuraTags are great for any durable tag

This special material is made up of several tough layers to create an indestructible tag. Ideal for valve tags and surfaces which may not have room for a label or sign.

DuraTag Lockout/Tagout 2-Color Tags

Shrink Tube Supply

Shrink Tube supply is a very durable and flexible material. Specially formulated with cross-linked polyolefin which has a low recovery temperature of a 3:1 ratio with a thin wall. Ideal for wire and cable marking.

This strong "glow-in-the-dark" tape is designed for indoor and outdoor use. It glows up to 8 hours once the light source has been removed, assisting with new building codes. Use for emergency exit and safety signs in warehouses, marine, rail and military applications.
