THe K5100 printer has the capability
to accept code to print characters not found on the
keypad.
To use the character map, the EXTENDED
MODE must be on. To toggle the EXTENDED MODE on hold
down the ALT key and press the SPACE key. To toggle
it off, hold down the ATL key and press the space key.
To enter characters in extended mode,
enter the four digit code shown in the table below.
Most of thecharacters will be properly displayed on
the LCD. However, for some characters a solid block
place holder will display on the LCD--but the selected
character will print on the label.
