Sequential Information On Labels - Alphabetical
Push the REP key, select "SEQUENCE" and push ENTER. For this example select ALPHA. The printer will then prompt you to enter the first letter to start the sequence. Type the first letter of your choice and press ENTER.
In this example we have typed in the letter "A" (shift - A to make a capital letter A).

The printer then prompts you to enter the last letter in the sequence. Type the last letter of your choice and press ENTER. In this example the letter "C" will be the last letter in the sequence.

At the next prompt you will enter the increment amount. In this example we'll select "1". Press ENTER.

The next step is to place the cursor at the location within the label text where you want the sequence to print. Then push the REP key and select INSERT from the SEQUENCE Menu by pressing ENTER. This will place the sequence where you want it to begin. A black box will be seen where the sequence will start.
Notice there is a space between the black box and the word "wire" in example below. The alpha sequence will be printed at the location of the black box.

Press the PRINT key. A label like the one shown below will be printed.

For multiple copies of labels, before printing the label press the REPEAT key. The REPEAT Menu will appear. Toggle the cursor to the left of COPIES and press ENTER to select this option.

The number of copies can either be typed in or you can use the up/down cursor keys. In this example two copies have been selected. Press ENTER.

Press the PRINT key to print your labels.
