Table of Contents > Multiple Copies > Example (See Below) > Printer Setup

Examples: Alphabetic | Numeric | Numeric Triple Digits | Multiple Pages

The following is another example of a numeric sequence using an increment of two and printing triple digits

Enter the first number to start the sequence. Type the first number of your choice and press ENTER.

In this example we have typed in the number six using two digits "006".

Start the sequence with 0 0 6

The printer then prompts you to enter the last number in the sequence. Type the last number in the sequence and press ENTER. In this example the number "12" will be the last number.

The sequence ends with 1 2

At the next prompt you will enter the increment amount. For this example enter "2" and press ENTER.

Increment the sequence by 2

The next step is to select INSERT from the SEQUENCE Menu by pressing ENTER. This will place the sequence at the location of the cursor, which in this case is just to the right of the letter "A". A black box will be located where the sequence will start.

In the image below the black box is directly to the right of the letter "A". The flashing cursor is to the right of the black box.

Press the PRINT key to print the label shown below.

Three digit numbers on the label.
