You can enter multiple labels in a
file by using PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN to access additional
pages (labels). In this case you can think of a file
as a single document containing one or more pages (labels).
Each label can have up to six lines.
To start a new page while you are
in a file, use the SHIFT and DOWN CURSOR keys together
to move to the next page. A prompt will appear showing
you the page number.
To move back to the preceding page,
use the SHIFT and UP CURSOR keys together.
When you push the PRINT key, all pages
in the file will be printed.
