Auto Format Function Part 2
To Change The Style of The Text
This is part 2 of the Auto Format section. At this
point we are using a pre-formatted
template and have just entered the text into that
template. The following describes how to change the
style of that text.
Press
the up/down cursor keys until the check moves beside
CHANGE STYLE. Then push the RETURN key.

Press
the up/down cursor keys until the name of the desired
format style is displayed. A sample can be seen on
the right side of the display.

To
select the default setting (ORIGINAL), press
the space bar.

Press
RETURN. The MENU screen appears in the display again.
To Print A Label Using The Selected Template
Press
the up/down cursor keys until the check is beside
PRINT.

Before
printing a template selected by pressing "AV"
(#6), a LabelLab label cassette of the appropriate
type must be installed. Before printing a template
selected by press "TZ" (#7), a LabelLab
tape cassette with the specified tape width
must be installed.

Press
RETURN to print the label. The message "COPIES
1/1" appears in the display while the label is
being printed. The MENU screen appears in the display
once the label has been printed.
To Change the Text Entered in the Template
Press
the up/down cursor keys until the check is beside
EDIT MORE.

Press
RETURN. The first field for the selected template
appears in the display.
For
each field make any needed corrections, then press
RETURN. This will bring up the next field.
The MENU screen appears when RETURN is pressed after
editing the last field in the template.
To Finish Using The Auto Format Function
Press
the up/down cursor keys until the check is beside
EXIT.

Press
RETURN. The message "OK TO EXIT AUTO FORMAT?"
appears in the display.
Press
RETURN. Any text displayed before the Auto Format
function was used reappears in the display.

The
template that was last used appears first. Selecting
this template displays the text that was entered
in it at that time.
The
label sizes are displayed in the currently selected
unit of measurement (inches or centimeters).
The unit of measurement can be changed with
the Setup functions.
An
Auto Format template that has been stored in
the memory can be recalled and used again.
To
quit the Auto Format function without using
a template, hold down the CODE key and press
the "AV" (#6) key at any time.
The
half cut can only be used to cut laminated tape.
