Auto Format Function
The Auto Format function keys (see below) make
creating labels quick and easy. Select on of the
pre-formatted templates and type the text you want
into t
he
template. The overall style of the label can be
changed by selecting one of the six available style
formats. The label is then ready to print.
The two sets of templates available allow you to
create labels for a variety of needs--from addressing
envelopes to identifying audio and video tapes.
Fifteen templates are available by holding down
the CODE key and pushing the AV (#6) key. These
are designed specifically for pre-sized (die cut)
LabelLab labels. You can quickly create multiple
copies of address and filing labels. Use the links
below to see samples of these formats. The pages
with the templates will open in a new window.
Thirty-nine templates for use with label tapes
are available by holding down the CODE key and pushing
the TZ (#7) key. Use the links below to see samples
of most of these formats. The pages with the templates
will open in a new window.
The width and length of each label printed from
a template is preset. After the text is entered,
various text styles can be selected.
