The BARCODE key

Bar-code Key

The BARCODE function, which enables bar-codes to be printed as a part of labels, is one of this machine's most advanced features. Nine bar-code types are included with the 9600Ki.

NOTE

9600KI User Notes This page will explain how to enter a bar-code into your text. It is not intended as a comprehensive introduction to bar-coding. For more detailed information about bar-codes, please consult one of the many reference books that are available.

9600KI User Notes Since this machine is not specifically designed for special bar-code label-making, some bar-code readers may not be able to read the labels.

9600KI User Notes Bar-codes should be printed on white labels with black ink.

The various bar-code parameters enable you to create more customized bar-codes.
