Changing Styles in Stored Auto Format Templates

After an Auto Format template has been stored, the text styles can be changed. Here's how to do it:

1 ) Hold down the CODE key and press either the "AV" or the "TZ" key (#6 or #7).

2 ) Hold down the CODE key and press the MEMORY key. The Memory Screen appears.

3 ) Press the up or down cursor key until the check mark moves next to the word CHANGE STYLE (as shown below).

Change a saved template style

4 ) Press the RETURN key.

5 ) Press the up or down cursor keys until the name of the desired format style is displayed. A sample can be seen on the right side of the display.

NOTE

The default setting (NO CHANGE) can be selected by pressing the space bar..

6 ) Press the RETURN key. The Menu screen appears in the display again.
