ERROR MESSAGE CAUSE SOLUTION
16 Line Limit! This message appears if 16 lines have already been entered in a text block of text when RETURN is pressed. Limit the number of lines in a text block to 16.
This message appears if you delete text, causing the number of lines in a block to exceed the 16-line limit. Adjust the number of lines so that the block will not have more than 16 lines.
50 Line Limit Reached! The message appears if 50 text blocks have already been entered when you hold down the CODE key and press RETURN. Limit the number of text blocks to 50.
Batteries Weak! This message appears when the installed Ni-MH battery has become weak. Recharge the battery or use the AC adapter.
Buffer Empty! This message appears if no text has been typed in when you try to print or use the Numbering function, Repeat Printing function, or Layout Preview function. Type in some text before trying to perform any of these operations.
Buffer Full! This message appears if you try to add a character, a space, a new line, a new block, a symbol, an accented character, or a barcode after the maximum number of characters has already been entered. Delete some existing text before trying to add any more.
Can't Feed AV Labels! This message appears if a LabelLab label cassette is installed when you press the FEED & CUT key. Don't use the FEED & CUT feature with LabelLab labels. Or install a tape cassette other than a LabelLab label cassette.
Cassette Changed! This message appears if the tape cassette was changed while the computer was sending data to the 9600Ki. Change the tape cassette before starting to send data to the 9600Ki.
Change Adapter! This message appears if an extremely high-voltage or extremely low-voltage power adapter is attached to the 9600Ki. Disconnect the adapter, and connect the adapter designed for the 9600Ki.
