Changing Styles in Stored Auto Format Templates
After an Auto Format template has been stored, the
text styles can be changed. Here's how to do it:
Hold
down the CODE key and press either the "AV"
or the "TZ" key (#6 or #7).
Hold
down the CODE key and press the MEMORY key. The Memory
Screen appears.
Press
the up or down cursor key until the check mark moves
next to the words PRINT MORE.

Press
the RETURN key. The PRINT screen appears in the display
with the currently selected file number.

Press
the up or down cursor keys until the file number containing
the text you wish to print is displayed. The file name
is shown beside the file number, and the text stored
under the selected file number is shown on the bottom
line.

To
see other parts of the selected text file, press
the left or right cursor keys.
Auto
Format template files of the same tape width are
displayed grouped together.

Press
the SPACE BAR so that a check appears to the right of
the file name (see below).

Repeat
steps 5 and 6 until there is a check to the right of
all the files to be printed. Files marked with a check
will be printed.

If
multiple files are to be printed, follow steps
5 and 6 to mark them with a check. If only one
file is to be printed, steps 5 and 6 can be skipped.

Press
the RETURN key. The Menu screen appears in the display.
Make
sure there is a check beside PRINT, and ten press the
RETURN key. The text stored under the selected file
numbers will be printed.
