Printing Stored Auto Format Templates

Multiple stored Auto Format templates can be printed immediately without first being recalled.

1 ) Hold down the CODE key and press either the "AV" or the "TZ" key (#6 or #7).

2 ) Hold down the CODE key and press the MEMORY key. The Memory Screen appears.

3 ) Press the up or down cursor key until the check mark moves next to the word PRINT (as shown below).

Select the PRINT option.

4 ) Press the RETURN key. The PRINT screen appears in the display with the currently selected file number.

NOTE

9600KI User Notes To quit the Memory Print function without printing any text, press the CANCEL key.

The file in memory tis listed on the display.

5 ) Press the up or down cursor keys until the file number containing the text you wish to print is displayed. The file name is shown beside the file number, and the text stored in the selected file is shown at the bottom of the display.

NOTE

9600KI User Notes To see other parts of the selected text file, press either the left or right cursor keys.

6 ) Press the SPACE BAR so that a check mark appears to the right of the filename.

The files to be deleted are checked.

7 ) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until a check appears to the right of all files to be printed. Files marked with a check (as shown above) will be printed.

NOTE

9600KI User Notes If multiple files are to be printed, follow steps 5 and 6 to mark them with a check. If only one file is to be printed, steps 5 and 6 can be skipped.

9600KI User Notes To select all files in memory, hold down the CODE key and press the SPACE BAR.

9600KI User Notes To remove a file from those that are to be printed, select the file, then press the SPACE BAR to remove the check from the right side of the file name.

8 ) Press the RETURN key. The MENU screen appears in the display.

9 ) Make sure there is a check next to PRINT. Then press the RETURN key. The text stored under the selected file numbers will then be printed.
