KSun 9600Ki Tutorial - Troubleshooting

The 9600Ki has "locked up". Nothing happens when a key is pressed.
Reset the machine by pressing the reset button in the battery compartment at the bottom of the machine. This will require a very small screw driver, or an unbent paper clip, as the reset button is recessed.
Pushing the reset button will result in all text and formats in the display being erased. All text files stored in the memory will be erased.
Before installing or removing the tape cassette, be sure the 9600Ki has been reset.
