KSun 9600Ki Tutorial - Turning The 9600Ki On/Off

On - Off Key

The power on/off key is located in the upper-right corner of the machine's keyboard.

Press the on/off key to turn on or turn off the 9600Ki.

If the 9600Ki has remained plugged in, the previous session's text is displayed when the machine is turned on again. This feature allows work on a label to be stopped, the machine turned off, and then work on the label resumed at a later time.

If the 9600Ki is being operated from its rechargeable battery, the machine will automatically turn off is no key is pressed or no operation is performed for five minutes.

NOTES

9600KI User Notes Do not unplug the AC adapter if the 9600Ki is plugged in and turned on, otherwise the data being edited will be erased. Be sure to turn off the 9600Ki before unplugging the AC adapter.

Will not turn off if printing data If the 9600Ki is connected to a computer through a USB interface cable and is printing data from the computer, the 9600Ki will not automatically turn off.
