Question:
How can I stop a multiple print job from printing if I change my mind?
Answer: This answer applies to
all models of the VisiMate and to all versions.
The only way to stop a multiple print job on the VisiMate
is to turn the VisiMate OFF.
Question: What is recommended
for cleaning the Touch Screen on a VisiMate printer?
Answer: There are a couple of
options available however the best option is to use anti-static
wipes. These are non-abrasive ammonia free wipes which are
the safest for the Touch Screen. Isopropyl alcohol prep pads
can also be used. Either of these can be found in any office
supply store.
Question: Why does my top cover close or is tough to shut completely?
Answer: The top cover does require
some light force to shut tight. If the cover seems extremely
excessive to shut or doesnt shut at all then check the
supply to make sure its installed correctly.
Question: Can you use a touch screen even if the mouse is plugged in?
Answer: Yes, both methods of
operation can be used interchangeably.
Question: Can I use any keyboard, or do I have to use the one provided?
Answer: Most Regular keyboards
sold in the U.S. will work just as well as the one that we
have included with the printer. The main difference will be
the description of the function keys that is included on the
VisiMate Keyboard.
Question: Can I connect the
VisiMate to a Mac?
Answer: The VisiMate system and
its companion software, GalaRio 2.0, have been developed for
the PC. If no PC's are available, it can still be operated
as a stand alone system without the computer interface.
