The Banner American Finisher 4300 is designed
to laminate digital output.It thermally laminates
both sides of wide format graphics. It can simultaneously
mount and laminate up to 1/2" board. And,
with addition of the release liner take-up option
(not included in the base machine), the Finisher
4300 can do single side cold laminating.
RollerShoe Heat Shoes: Idler rollers,
precisely set to keep film from dragging on
the heat shoe, eliminate film scratches.
Heated Laminating Rollers: To complement
the RollerShoe heat shoes, the laminating rollers
are heated to provide fast warm-up time. An
on-off switch allows running of the machine
with the laminating rollers heated or not heated,
depending on the application.
Revolutionary Core Gripper: The spring
loaded core gripper allows for easy loading
and unloading of the film rolls, as well as
easy left-to-right alignment.
Slide Mechanism on Bottom Idler Bar:
The bottom idler bar slides out to facilitate
film loading. No more burnt knuckles when "hot
loading".
Removable Heat Shoe and Fan Assemblies:
The top heat shoe and fan assemblies can be
unplugged and completely removed for easy cleaning
of the machine.
