Group Lock Boxes
Secure each lockout point on a piece of equipment with just one designated lock. Then capture those keys by placing them in a lock box. Each authorized employee locks on personal safety lock onto the box, removing their lock only when their work is complete.
The Master Lock exclusive Latch Tight™ feature ensures that keys cannot be accessed until the last lock is removed, regardless of the padlock shackle diameter or length. This provides the highest level of security available in a lock box.
Group lock boxes are available in a smaller portable unit (red only) which accepts up to 12 padlocks or hasps. Or choose the larger unit which may be hung on the wall or carried to the next job. It includes a stainless steel handle for portability and is available in powder-coated red or yellow. It includes an organized storage area in the back, which holds up to 12 keys. It accepts up to 14 padlocks or hasps.
Adjustable Cable Lockout
This is an integrated safety hasp and cable that is ideal for multiple circuit breaker panel and side-by-side gate valve lockouts. Infinitely adjustable, it ensures a secure fit every time for optimum safety. To use, just feed the cable through the lockout point(s), then back through the device body. Cinch tight to remove slack…it's a perfect fit every time!
The tough, flexible, multi-strand steel cable is insulated with a clear vinyl coating. The steel cable is multi-stranded for strength and plastic coated to resist corrosion. Pneumatic Valve Lockout
Made of stainless steel to resist corrosion, it accepts any of our safety padlocks and can work in conjunction with hasps for multiple worker lockout. It measures 1-3/8" x 7¾" x 1/8" and fits nearly all pneumatic fittings found in manufacturing facilities. It's easy to use: just slide open the hinged "comb", insert valve(s) into teeth, then slide shut and apply padlock or hasp. The teeth are in varied widths and will accommodate nearly any male pneumatic fittings in manufacturing facilities.
Steering Wheel Covers
Slide a zip tie through the grommets and secure to steering wheel to provide a visual deterrent. "Danger - do not start" warning is trilingual to notify employees not to start or move the vehicle. For added security, use the Safety Series lockout cable around the steering wheel and foot pedals.
Three sizes are available to accommodate nearly any steering wheel diameter.
