Use Your Time Efficiently with DuraLabel
"No matter how much time you've wasted in the past, you still have an entire tomorrow." ~Denis Waitely
Fortunately, this saying applies to everyone. Time truly is non-discriminatory--everyone has equal access to the same amount of time. But it's how we use time that matters so that we can have more time for things we need to accomplish and things we'd like to accomplish. When we use our time efficiently, we are able to free up some time for them. DuraLabel knows that best.
For example, you might be a safety manager at a facility. OSHA has just left your facility, leaving you a few warnings and suggestions for improvement, including safety labeling and signage compliance. You've got to get that accomplished or risk facing a fine, but your boss is expecting a report on his desk by noon the next day, a leaking pipe needs immediate attention, and a number of your workers have been out with the flu. Time is an immediate issue because you don't know how you will possibly get everything accomplished in that amount of time -- and on time! Past experience has told you that time spent making safety labels using your current label printer is long, arduous and frustrating. You've wasted a lot of time in the past messing with your unreliable, slow label printer and substandard quality labeling supplies. OSHA is breathing down your neck to make those safety labels, and you don't want to risk putting it off any longer because your job is at stake!
Sound like a probable predicament? Thanks to DuraLabel, making safety labels does not take up much of your precious time. Indeed, DuraLabel does indeed free up your time so you can get other important things accomplished. The DuraLabel PRO 300 is engineered to get your facility labeled in a hurry, without sparing OSHA compliance issues (or your job!). Changing tapes and ribbons in the DuraLabel PRO 300 is quick and incredibly easy. With the DuraLabel PRO 300, you have the ability to use software with which you are already familiar. Create a label design using Microsoft Word, print it using your DuraLabel PRO 300, and apply your labels where they're needed. Included with every purchase of a DuraLabel PRO 300 are hundreds of Word and Excel label templates. DuraLabel's already done the hard work -- just enter the required label information specific to the application and work area. Piece of cake. And finished in very little time.
Also included with the purchase of a DuraLabel PRO 300:
- Over 300 commonly used safety symbols and graphics
- DuraSuite software featuring a RTK chemical database for printing NFPA diamond labels, RTK color bar labels, and arc flash labels
- High speed processing with 300 dpi resolution
Labels: DuraLabel, DuraLabel PRO 300, OSHA Compliance

New Brady PMB71 Label Printer
Brady Worldwide is introducing its latest printer for making industrial labels, the Brady PMP71 Label Printer. Made for industrial labels 1/4" to 2" in width, the PMB71 is capable of printing small die-cut labels for wire marking, cable marking, inventory management and more. The PMB71 also prints pipe markers, OSHA safety labels, office labels on standard vinyl tapes. What Brady has done is provided a new, portable printer intended for narrow application needs, such as the applications just listed. With the Brady PMB71, users will notice it's somewhat of a cross between a HandiMark and a TLS2200, two Brady hand held label printers with which many are already familiar.
Here are a few of the features provided by the Brady PMB71 Label Printer:
Color display Easy-to-use label design software Print speed up to 1.5 inches/sec Compatibility with over 30 different supplies QWERTY-style keypad
While the new Brady printer is something new worth mentioning, so too are DuraLabel's growing line of industrial label printers. DuraLabel printers are increasingly popular because of their ability to combine features, functions, quality and capabilities of numerous label printers--not just a couple. So while you check out the new Brady PMB71 Label Printer, you MUST check out all DuraLabel label printers.

Don't Neglect Ammonia Pipe Marking
Oregon OSHA recently cited a national refrigerated warehouse operation for 10 willful violations, four serious repeat violations and 22 other serious violations of the Oregon Safe Employment Act. Fines totaled $740,400. Sound like a lot? No question that is a lot. These citations and fines came largely as a result of Americold Logistics' failure to protect its workers from a hazardous chemical called anhydrous ammonia. But what's worse than surrendering that amount of money is the fact that Americold Logistics willfully put so many people at risk of serious injury and death.
Now that's scary.
Graphic Products is offering a free Ammonia Pipe Marking Guide to all facilities and organizations that want one. It's a smart choice, and it's as simple as submitting a brief request. Just click on the image below: Related posts:
