Four New Supplies for Your DuraLabel PRO

Graphic Products is excited to introduce four new labeling supplies for DuraLabel PRO label printers: Circuit-Board Labeling Supply, Extended Life Vinyl, UL Label Supply, and High-Temperature Supply (700° F max).

Here is a brief description of each new labeling supply (click on the name of the supply for a link to more information):

Circuit-Board Labeling Supply is a high-temperature polyimide supply ideal for printing labels for circuit boards and other electrical components used in high-tech manufacturing. It is designed to endure exposures to "wave soldering" and commonly used acidic solvents. The topcoat and film provide a high Print Contrast Signal (PCS) for scanning high deposition and condensed bar codes.

Extended Life Vinyl is a thin grade of industrial vinyl only 2.6mil "thick" designed to apply to surfaces where moisture exposure is anticipated. The thin vinyl offers smaller horizontal surfaces, thereby preventing moisture from collecting on the edges. This reduces the tendency to peel. The thinner label design also allows for greater label flexibility, enhancing the supply's ability to better apply to uneven or curved surfaces.

UL Label Supply is a durable poly supply specially designed for lasting service in manufacturing and many UL 969 required applications. For example, UL 969 requirements set specifications for labeling materials used for name-plates or markers bearing information, instructions or identification. This supply is to be used with DuraLabel's standard black ribbon.

High-Temperature Supply (700°F max) is a poly supply designed to withstand intermittent temperatures as high as 700°F and as low as -40°F. Made with a durable white topcoat, this supply is engineered for use on high-surface energy plastics like pipes and ducts.
