Making Caution Signs and Tags

A caution sign indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury. Caution signs are used in areas where potential injury or equipment damage is possible, or to caution against unsafe practices

Making CAUTION signs: Caution signs are usually rectangular in shape. The body is yellow with a black upper panel and borders. Caution is written in yellow on the black upper panel. Additional wording and pictograms in the body are black.

Caution signs may also be white with a yellow header containing the word "CAUTION". The body ofthe text, and pictogram, is printed in the white area.
