Warranties

Graphic Products, Inc., offers industry–leading warranties for each of its product lines. Please refer to each section below for specific warranty information for your product.

DuraLabel Products

5-Year DuraLabel Printer Warranty

Graphic Products' DuraLabel printers are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Graphic Products, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor, provided that the purchaser shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover loss, damages from accident, or equipment or parts which have been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, used for purpose other than those for which the printer was manufactured, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

Repairs

Repairs are warrantied for 90 days. If the original warranty is still in effect, repaired units will remain under their original warranty or for 90 days from the date of service, whichever is longer.

Batteries

The optional battery packs for the DuraLabel Toro and Lobo portable systems are warrantied for three years from the date of purchase.

The battery for the DuraLabel 2000 PLUS system is warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Details

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

In no event shall Graphic Products be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product for any reason including defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply in all areas.

Graphic Products retains the exclusive right within all warranty periods to repair, replace, or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

General maintenance and cleaning of the DuraLabel printer is the purchaser's responsibility and is not covered by the warranty. Expendable items or parts such as label supply and ribbon are not covered by this warranty.

1-Year DuraLabel Print Station Warranty

5-Year DuraLabel Premium Vinyl Warranty

DuraLabel supplies are tested for durability under various conditions, including UV exposure, moisture, heating and cooling cycles, abrasion, and chemical exposures. Graphic Products warranties labels made from its Premium vinyl supplies for a period of five (5) years.

Within five years of purchase and after proper application, Graphic Products will replace labels made with DuraLabel Premium Vinyl which become unreadable or fail to maintain adhesion with the labeled surface. In such instance, Graphic Products, Inc. will provide a one-time replacement roll of the same supply.

Echo Products

2-Year Echo Printer Warranty

Graphic Products’ Echo printers are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Graphic Products, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor, provided that the purchaser shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover loss, damages from accident, equipment or parts which have been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, or used for purposes other than those for which the printer was manufactured, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

PathFinder Products

PathFinder Warranty

PathFinder floor marking tapes are backed by a one-year warranty as solid as the products themselves. Our Stick and Survive warranty means that when PathFinder products are installed according to installation guidelines they are warrantied against defect and failure, and to endure traffic and abuse for which each product is individually recommended. This warranty guards against normal cross-traffic from hand-trucks, forklifts, and automobiles but does not include damage from forks, pallet dragging, or other inappropriately transported cargo. Please review installation videos and instructional sheets before installing.

Warranty Instructions

  1. Call 1-800-788-5572 and ask to speak to a Tech Support Specialist
  2. Describe the issue in detail to Tech Support
  3. If it isn't a simple over the phone fix you will be provided with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
  4. If you have an immediate need, we will ship a free loaner DuraLabel for you to use while yours is being serviced
  5. Upon receiving the loaner use the box it came in to ship your printer to:

    Important: The RMA number must be on the outside of the box.
  6. Your printer will be inspected and the problem diagnosed. Your account representative will then get in touch with you.
  7. Your account representative will discuss the details of the repair and have your printer updated, cleaned, repaired and returned to you
  8. You will be provided with a new RMA# for the return of the loaner machine
  9. When you receive your repaired printer use the box it came in to ship the loaner printer to:
